PURPOSE:    To raise money for Alzheimer's research

STRUCTURE:            Chairman, Bill Merwitzer

                                    Committee, Barry Edwards

TIMING & SEQUENCE :      No regularly scheduled meetings;

                                                Occasional meetings as required           

BUDGET :                               -0-

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:      Annual reports to general membership at a regularly

                                                               scheduled meeting as to how much money has been

                                                               raised in the CART Buckets compared to the prior

                                                               year for Alzheimer's research

UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS/ACTION STEPS:   

·         Occasional announcements at regularly scheduled meetings as to how well we

      are doing and why it is important to do even better

·         Occasional copies of articles and/or other information distributed at regularly

      Scheduled meetings to encourage contributions

• Annual speaker on the subject of Alzheimer's for a regularly scheduled meeting
